What kani.lk is

kani.lk is an advertising and discovery platform for land and property in Sri Lanka. We publish listings supplied to us by owners and their representatives, and we pass enquiries on to them. We are not an estate agent, a broker, a valuer, or a party to any sale or tenancy agreement.

Listing accuracy

Listing details — including size, price, deed type, boundaries and access — are provided by the person offering the property. We take reasonable care in publishing them, but we do not independently survey or verify them, and we do not warrant that they are accurate or complete.

You must satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of any listing before acting on it. In particular, you should obtain independent legal advice and verify title, extent and access before paying any deposit or purchase money.

No liability for transactions

Any agreement you enter into is between you and the other party. kani.lk is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction, from reliance on a listing, or from any dealing with a person you found through this site.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, copy or republish listings or photographs from this site without written permission. Photographs on kani.lk are the property of the owners who supplied them. You may not use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
